Donal discussing a text with Ringu Tulku, Bodhicharya Meditation Centre, Sikkim.
Several  places have become available on the annual retreat with Donal Creedon at An Tobar, Navan, Ireland 4-11th July 2015.

The topic, On Being Hurt, will focus on dealing with difficulties and discovering freedom from a Mahamudra perspective.  The week will include periods of silence, personal study, sitting and walking meditation practise, dialogue, and, most importantly,  really excellent vegetarian food.....
Accommodation is in individual rooms. The venue, An Tobar, is set in beautiful wooded grounds beside a lake, not far from the sacred hill of Tara. Please click on this link for details.
