Lama Tsering Paldron at the Red Hall in Lismore. October 17th - 18th

Bodhicharya Ireland is delighted to announce the return of 

Lama Tsering Paldron to Lismore, County Waterford.

Over the weekend of October 17th and 18th, she will teach on 

“The Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind Towards Dharma”

These thoughts are reflections on (1) how to appreciate the preciousness of our human lives, (2) how to deeply accept its transient nature, (3) how to recognise that actions have inevitable consequences, and (4) how to understand that our actions result in the wanderings of samsara with its cycles of birth, sickness old age and death.   Whether you are new to these ideas or whether you want to deepen your understanding of these profound basic teachings, this non residential weekend retreat is suitable for everyone. Many of you know Lama Tsering from Bodhicharya Summer Camp and from her previous visits to Ireland. Born in Portugal, she completed a traditional Tibetan Buddhist three year retreat at the Centre d’Etudes at Chanteloube under the guidance of Dudjom Rinpoche and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. She continues to receive teachings from many great Masters and is a student of Ringu Tulku Rinpoche. A popular and experienced teacher, Tsering is known for her warm and open style of teaching. Over the past twenty five years, she has traveled the world giving talks and regular courses.

check for cancellations).

Food: Thairish. The Red House (An Teach Dearg), Fullers Bistro are all on the Main Street.

Farmgate serve lunch and dinner. Lismore Health Food Store, which is just a minute up the

hill from The Red Hall, serves lunch.

Tea and coffee will be available in The Red Hall over the weekend.
